What Really Happened

More than ever, I feel the need to speak out as to what REALLY happened here.
Please read this blog and all pages in its entirety…you’ll see what people are really capable of.
The internet can be a wonderful tool, it can also be a horrible weapon.

This is where you’ll see what happened to my family and myself on April 16, 2010….

I was falsely accused of being an animal abuser by an ex-friend.
~She then contacted a cop who had a personal vendetta against me…read on for details.
~They both worked hard to ruin my life, and the lives of my family…you will see how.
~You will see what brought it on, and by whom it was started and why with details.
~We lost our home/house due to May’s LIES also….just more lies.

I have always been an animal lover and this was the ONLY way that this “woman” could get to me.
I have some real concerns about putting this out there, but I do believe honesty is best…
All I ask is for the benefit of the doubt and if you have any questions that are not answered for you
here, I ask that you ask ME directly.
I WILL give you a straight and honest answer.
There is SO much more that I did not tell here, so many things they said about me, my Father and my son…and even more that they actually did to us.
Its still not over….they still slam us online/on FB and MS, and now on Twitter as well…although it’s gotten a bit better once I put the truth out there with my PROOF.

You will also learn about my accusers…the main players, or the “motley crew” as I like to call them. You’ll see what kind of people they really are.
I’ll detail for you some things that they have done to others, not just to myself and my family.

I’ll also delve into the legal issues and how the court system screwed me, with lies and also by violating my constitutional & civil rights.
Over and over and over again.

*****Civil Rights Laws and Police Misconduct

A statute known as Section 1983 is the primary civil rights law victims of police 
misconduct rely upon. This law was originally passed as part of the Civil Rights Act 
of 1871, which was intended to curb oppressive conduct by government and private 
individuals participating in vigilante groups, such as the Ku Klux Klan. 
It is now called Section 1983 because that is where the law has been published, 
within Title 42 of the United States Code. Section 1983 makes it unlawful for anyone 
acting under the authority of state law to deprive another person of his or her rights 
under the Constitution or federal law. The most common claims brought against police 
officers are:

False arrest (or false imprisonment)
Malicious prosecution
Unreasonable/excessive force*****

And how is that a COP can get away with this, with just a measly demotion?
He should have been fired! I was not the only one he had harassed.
There were other complaints against him within the department as well.
So again, I ask WHY?

I’ll also detail for you why my Father is dead due to this legal injustice….all because of a select few individuals on Facebook said that all of this is what should happen.

You’ll see photos of my dogs, and by seeing them you’ll realize the lies that were told about the dogs, and the way they were “supposedly” treated.

The wheels of justice are S L O W.
And no government agency wants to admit they screwed up.
The crimes (literal federal crimes) that SHE, along with 2 others, did to my son and I are FEDERAL and WILL be dealt with.
I have a lot of friends out there and they KNOW me, and they stand with us….

Also, please read further through this blog as I have photos from the other legal issues I have had that would have cleared me, had I had a competent attorney….
plus other posts you might be interested in reading through.

Please know that I don’t put this out there for sympathy, or anything even close to that.
I’m telling my story because, first of all, it’s not just my story, it’s happened to others as well.
I'm not the only one! And I will not be the last.

And the legal system….it’s a joke. Many of you know this. Many of you don’t.
If you think the system works all the time, you need to think again.
It’s politics, money, power and lots of greed!

APRIL 16, 2010 — 10:20 A.M.

I’m only doing this because its MY turn to set the record straight as to things
that you may have heard.

This was/is totally unfounded, and how dare the authorities ruin our lives because someone from Washington state says they should?

Lets go back to December 2008 first….

I had a “friend” (Cheri) who started a witch-hunt against me over 2 personal issues.
We had been friendly, she wanted to be on my board as an executive director of my rescue (Animal Rescue Outreach, Inc)….
I declined after mulling things over. I watched her go after another rescue and the founder of that rescue.
My board members were in complete agreement with me. NO WAY!
I thought I’d be better off without the complications that she might bring to my rescue and my/our efforts.
I had done rescue, at that point, for 9 years and had never had any issues with anyone ever….my rescue name and MY name were gold.

Anyway, for a year and a half people kind of ignored her, they knew I was doing good, and they saw photos of the animals we were helping to save and re-home…..I always posted before and after photos of EVERY animal I rescued.

Long story short, I was part of a rescue in January 2010 that someone else wanted to help with, so I let her step in even after being warned by others that she was a liar and a screw up. She is from Miami, FL. (DVB)
The dogs got rescued and went to foster (After many mishaps due to foster mom pulling out when dogs were en route to her).
Of course DVB blamed it on me even though I have PROOF that it was because she screwed over the foster…not me.

Anyway, after Cheri heard that I was involved she contacted the girl from Miami and then it really began.

I need to back up just a little more….

In 2007 I worked for a guy named Alan.
On Oct 2, 2007 he fired all employees.
As I had done for almost 2 of the years I worked for him, I had done payroll that morning, and let him know that I would be giving out paychecks as were owed. There were 5 of us. He said fine to this.

Then 2 months later, we were ALL arrested on various charges. Not just me, which has been rumored by little miss Cheri. I was charged with forgery and computer tampering. All the forgery charges were dropped along with everyone else’s charges. We had done nothing wrong to him, in fact, many times we had been witnesses to his going after others who had “left” him in the past.

(He also has a criminal record of physical abuse on ex-employees, etc. From his mouth to my ears.)
In fact in September of 2007 I was sitting in his office while he vented about others when, out of the blue, he threw a coffee mug at me.
Just missed my head….then he threw a pen at me, which got me in the chest.
I chose to leave that day, and that night he bombarded me with calls
apologizing and pleading with me to come back. I decided it was worth another shot, I went back 2 days later. Big mistake.

The only charge that was not dropped against me was the computer tampering charge. The “title” of the charge is very misleading as I never “tampered” with anyone’s computer….this was even proven.

I was doing Alan’s website for him (Anthony Robbins), and when we learned about the warrants out for all of us, I promptly told him via email that he still owed me $2200.00 (for 2 years web work) and I wanted to be paid OR the site was coming down and I’d be cancelling the hosting account etc. That’s exactly what I ended up doing. I removed the site for non-payment and cancelled the godaddy.com account.
That account was in MY name, paid for with MY debit card, yet I was charged with a crime. Yes, of course I took it down…he didn’t pay me for work I had done.

I was put on 2 years probation. I’m a big girl, and I took responsibility, even though it was ridiculous. I should never have been charged in the first place as I still have the document that served as a legal contract. He then claimed I forged that too. Handwriting experts proved otherwise.

The “animal abuse” issue…

Fast forward back to Cheri and 2010.

The detective that handled the “Alan” charges against all of us was contacted by Cheri.
I had been upfront and honest with my friends about that situation, not knowing that it would be held against me later.
Cheri managed to get attention by telling people that I’m abusing animals, along with fighting pit bulls for money.
She even tells people that I TOLD her that, which is a BLATANT LIE, on my fathers soul, its a blatant LIE.
She and the ex-detective paired up. Isn’t that the sweetest? They are/were on a first name basis.
She even posts things for him about me and my family on FB, Myspace and all over the internet, on Craigslist in just about every major city out there. I have proof in black and white of all that I am stating on here.

The ex-detective (now just an officer, he was demoted) talk on a regular basis.
Because of all the lies she has told about me being a supposed animal abuser, Cheri gets a few people to join her in “taking me down” as I am an abuser, she claims. She claims she has proof. Which has never been seen or revealed, I can tell you all emphatically that there is NO proof.

I, along with my family, are annihilated on the net, especially on FB. Even my poor 87 year old father.
We start getting death threats, people are sitting in front of our house taking pics of me, my dad and my son.
People (keep in mind I have all of it in writing and images, this is called proof) were going to kill my son, my Father, and my dogs as they would be better off dead than with me is what they said, and so much more.

Then it hits…..April 16th, 2010. 10:20 am.
My door is batter-rammed open by the police department and animal control. They throw me down on the ground, kicking me, which left a hideous bruise that I have a photo of, and they cuff me.
My poor dog Booger has peed all over as he is scared to death, and that’s what they throw me in.
Dog pee.

We watch them take every one of our rescue dogs and our personal dogs out to the Animal Control trucks in my driveway, including my poor fathers little dog Gizmo. They were so scared, crying and whining all the way out to the truck. They were looking for us…and we could do nothing.
All the while detective asshole stands there with a smug stupid looking smile on his stupid looking face.
He then tells me “I told you I’d get you Spicer”.
And yes, he did tell me that, being the huge piece of sh*t that he is.

Then these loser cops go into my dads room where he is sleeping and wake
him with a gun in his face.
Are you freaking kidding me?
He is 87 years old with health issues … and asleep.

They bring him downstairs to where I am still cuffed sitting on my living room table and I can see he is visibly upset and shaken.
Detective Asshole is trying to get my dad to talk and my dad just glares at him. I then asked if someone could come and check my dads blood pressure as its high.
So they end up taking him to the hospital. THEN, I go to the hospital where I find out that Det. Asshole has told the doctors there that not only am I abusing animals,
I am also abusing my father.
My father is yelling that the ex-detective is a liar, etc. Of course no one listens to him/us.
I mean, why would a COP LIE over us?
But he did, and because of this lie my father is dead now. Literally.

Meet EX-Detective Dickhead. He even looks like a dick…he is about 4 feet tall.
He is bald and does nothing but spew his nasty venom.

The cops also took my camera and computer, and all my VET RECORDS
for EVERY dog in my home.
(NOTE: to this day the judge has never seen these.)

ANIMAL CONTROL ON APRIL 19, 2010

My son and I both went to animal control where they had all my dogs on April 19th with meds so that they could see they were being treated.
They took pics of the meds & then stopped treating them. They put some of them in isolation instead.

And regarding Chyna? They then give her to someone who continually slanders me on the net.
A relative of Det Asshole, same last name, etc. Coincidence? I wonder, but I don't think so.

This was a rescue who had horses dying on her mysteriously a few years earlier.
I remember her pleas for money and help. No, cant prove it, but I KNOW it and remember it clearly. Many people were watching her after that.

Also, this person has asked for HUNDREDS of dollars for TRAINING for Chyna….blaming the fact that she was dog aggressive on me.
I got a newsflash for her….Chyna attacked 4 of my dogs, 2 of which I had to take to be treated at the vet on an emergency basis.
We can prove she was vetted.

Lots of rescue dogs come to you in bad shape, whether it be physical health, or emotional health. They need care, and lots of it.
These are precious babies who have had it rough, these dogs didn’t deserve this.
They also stole my personal dogs, which I have not seen to this day (2.27.18).

I still help animals, I get reprieves at shelters so that they have a chance at life…whether it be one day or a week reprieve. It helps.
I send money for adoption fees, and for pull fees to the shelters….I sponsor them as well.

Did they seriously think that taking my dogs (our personal pets and our rescue babies) by force would be GOOD for them?
That by taking them away from the only people who have ever shown them love and affection would be good for them?
We were the only people that ever loved and cared for them.
How the hell can that be good for any animal?
When they are taken out screaming and crying?
These poor animals did not deserve this…and I will get justice, for all of us.

There was NO investigation done, NO knock on my door to see if what was said was true.
I have spoken with over 20 Animal control facilities in the state of Illinois alone, and other states,
just to see what the procedures are when a complaint is made against someone.
And I can tell you this is not the way its done.
I actually already knew that, but wanted it confirmed again.

There also has to be proof for them to knock down a door and seize animals.
There was NO PROOF.
No witnesses, no videos, no photos….nothing against me/us.
Only CHERI’s word, and the word of her followers, who were stupid enough to believe her, again, WITHOUT PROOF.
Also, keep in mind that Cheri lives in (Yelm) Washington state.
How the hell would she know anything about me, or my dogs?
Not to mention the others (her followers) ALL lived out of state, except the 2 who came to court regularly who, again, do NOT know me.
How the HELL would any of them KNOW this IF I was an abuser?
Which I am NOT, in any way, shape or form.
FYI: the same people ( a number of them anyway) are right now as I type putting another rescue out of business, so to speak.

APRIL 20, 2010

On April 20th, I had to go to the PD and get my tickets for having too many dogs, and no business license.
I had tried 3 times to get this license, but they made it so hard to get one that I finally gave up.
These are called ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS, NOT criminal charges as Cheri has been putting out there.   I was given tickets for these violations.

At this point I already have an attorney that is going to help me and my son. My son was charged as an afterthought. He was thrown to the ground trying to protect Peaches (one of our rescue babies) from a rather mean cop trying to catch her. He was taken to the station and charged 3 hrs later with having drug paraphenalia. He had an EMPTY pipe that had been used months before to smoke pot. He had actually quit doing that as he is going to school for criminal justice, and I was always on his back about it. This was all they could charge him with. Looking for whatever they could….and it was EMPTY and clean for goodness sake.

On April 21 (2010) there was a warrant issued for me, the day after I got the tickets. It was a misdemeanor animal abuse charge. I went and turned myself in and paid the $100.00 bond. You know they had to charge me with SOMETHING. This Detective Asshole just could not let me be, not after I (and 4 others) made him look like an idiot prior to this. He had it in for me, plain and simple.
A personal vendetta.

And anyone in rescue knows, and has seen, the legitimately BAD rescues get charges with numerous counts….if I had REALLY done something wrong, you know I would have been charged with more than ONE misdemeanor count. I would have been charged with one count for every animal.

I start going to all my court dates like a good little girl. The judge, nor the prosecutor have seen the vet records or pictures of my dogs, nor have they seen the dogs in person. I still don’t understand how a judge can move forward with a case when he hasn’t seen ANYTHING that pertains to the charges against you.
Where is the presumption of INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?

A couple of the dogs had sarcoptic mange, which one of my rescue dogs had brought into my house. I was not familiar with it and how catchy it was. I had even gotten sick from it as well. Got a nice case of scabies.
They were being treated with lime dips, antibiotics for prevention of any infection and topical creams, which did clear it up.
(Sarcoptic mange is a mite infestation, similiar to fleas. It has nothing to do with abuse or neglect, in a lot of cases. They come out of shelters with it. Lots of rescues & shelters experience this.)
They were just about good as new when stolen from us by the cops.

Cheri and her cohorts also made claims that all the dogs were crammed and stuffed into crates and cages filled with poop and dog pee…..the TRUTH is, only ONE dog (my Rottie, Lady) was in a crate as she was being aggressive and I put her in to calm her down again. Kind of like a time out for a child. Even Detective Asshole states this on the police report. HE even makes Cheri look like a liar about that.

Anyway, the court dates went on for months.
A few (3 at one court date / 2 at all others) of my haters showed up at every one.
I still have no idea who these faces of cheerfulness were.
(As of June 1, 2014 I now know names of the peeps attending my court dates)
Then 2 of these lovelies started posting about me on FB on a regular basis.
They would post the status of the court date, and along with that they would post how Steven and I would call them names in the courtroom, and other hateful things.
Never happened. Had we done or said those things in a courtroom I promise you we would have gotten in trouble from someone. The only thing I ever did was thank them for making me the center of their universe. And I still mean that, as I’m now sure they have no lives. That goes for Cheri too, I AM her life, she has made me her obsession and all that goes with it. She has me, the internet, and Detective Asshole too.

I also love how these 3 “human beings” (I use that term loosely) posted once how they went “across the street to the restaurant from the Glendale Hts courthouse, spoke with all the cops about Tedi, blah blah blah.”…. let me clarify one thing for everyone.
Across the street from the GH courthouse are HOMES.
Its ALL residential.
No restaurants anywhere for miles.
They probably didn’t think I would see that post.

Also stated about me and Steven was that during one court date in Wheaton that we harassed THEM so bad that an officer had to escort them out to their cars. I laughed at this.

Let me tell you something, there are always cops and a bailiff in every court room in this building. Always.
Had my son or myself spoken to them like that, in any sort of harassing way, I can assure you WE would have been in trouble and possibly arrested.
So again, this is another lie of theirs to discredit me/us.

THE COURT DRAMA BEGINS.

Its really hard to stand up in front of an entire courtroom while these legal people are saying these awful things about you, and you can’t defend yourself as the judge tells you to “keep quiet maam”.
I think we should all be allowed to defend ourselves, whether it be at trial or not.
Why not get right to the meat of it and make sure that a trial is the right thing to do, why waste the taxpayers money for nothing, not to mention the ruining of lives? The legal system does NOT always work!

At one point Steven and I met with the Chief of Police.
When he saw the pics of my dogs his expression totally changed.
I asked him if they looked abused, or starved or neglected to him.
He stated he could not answer that after uttering an expletive.
He KNEW Detective Asshole had screwed up.
It was written all over his face.

Soon after that, my attorney was told that the charge was going to be dropped.
Coincidence? I don’t think so….
Then, Cheri and the other FB idiots got wind of it.
They ended up bombarding the prosecutors office with calls and letters.
The pressure was just too much for these people with no balls.
God forbid they do the right thing.
They never dropped the charge.

DENIED A TRIAL DATE.

On Jan 18th, 2011 we went to court to set a trial date. Instead we was informed that I either plead guilty THAT DAY or go to JAIL that day, indefinitely.
What kind of crap is this? Are we not in America anymore?

I had no choice but to plead it out right then and there. I was given probation again, and re-sentenced on the probation for the computer tampering.
So I have another 2 years of probation and these people up my ass telling me how to live my life. They get to tell me where to live, work and go to the bathroom, pretty much.
Its ridiculous.
Power trips, that’s what it is.
And don’t forget about politics.

MY civil rights were violated in a big way here….

Why was I not allowed to go to trial?
That was what we were doing that day, setting a trial date for this…..and yet I was not allowed to?
WHY?

MARCH 2011

I went back to the GH courthouse to file a motion to appear in front of the judge. I want to request my vet records etc back.
I leave court that day after getting an April 1 court date to do just that, and I get a voice mail from THAT prosecutor (C****e) that they will be destroying my documents THAT VERY DAY.

WHY THE RUSH to destroy them?
Because they know that what is in those files will clear me. These docs show the animals were healthy and HAD been seen by the veterinarian(s)…just for one thing, and another thing is it also has my adopters names and info as well. These were people that could have vouched FOR me…but I actually found some of their info, and its not like I don’t remember where they live. I did home checks and brought the dogs TO them. I remember that information.

And you know what? I actually have some duplicates that I’ve located for about 7-8 of the dogs. I am still working on this to clear my name and to prove that the warrant was not a legal warrant. That was what allowed them to break down my door on 4.16.10.
NOT a legal warrant. No probable cause.
(I have been assured of this by other cops I know, by a legal official and by other attorneys as well.)

What should have happened is this:
1 – A complaint goes to Animal Control.
2 – They come to your home to investigate.
3 – If they see the animals are abused and/or neglected, they must get a warrant to seize said animals.

Of course there are variations, depending on the county and the state, etc.
But I sat and called (even though I already know protocol and procedure) every AC in Illinois
not to mention all the ones I had worked with for years in other states. There are plenty of them.
I’m also told by a few officers and ACO’s that I have great lawsuits just waiting to happen.
But I need to clear my name first.

They did this to my family, my dogs and myself on the word of some FB idiots and Cheri.
That is just ridiculous, and a personal vendetta by a cop.
I so badly wanted Cheri to come to one of my court dates, but she would not show her face.
I was ready to see her and be arrested for a REAL crime.
Assault & battery. I would have enjoyed nothing more.
But Cheri chooses to stay safe behind her monitor. For now.

BEWARE

People form an opinion and then twist it to their own personal taste. If you are going to perform a complete character assignation then the facts should be of more merit. Some may not like the way I do things and that’s ok, but again, as an onlooker I would like names, emails, phone numbers dates etc….its what they call PROOF.
All the things necessary to bring out the truth.

Its easy for anyone to start making false allegations in the anonymity of being online, you can be ANYONE you want and SAY anything you want against anyone….you can also post ANYTHING about anyone! And when you GOOGLE them, what THEY have said/stated about said person is what people see when they GOOGLE your name.
Just because its on the internet does NOT mean its true! I wish people would “get ” that.

CHERI AND A CONVERSATION WITH ONE OF MY FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS…

Cheri, she is the “person” who started all of this over 2 private and personal issues between her and I.

Cheri states:
BYW-There are 3 now scrambling to find dogs that Tedi has pulled. They are very concerned because they have received information no one here has. They are contacting us with Q’s about Tedi. There is an internal investigation going on and its not looking good. So if anyone has name of dogs and their location Tedi pulled will you please email me with the info and I’ll forward!

My questions and comments are this:
WHAT shelters specifically?
WHY won’t she name them?
Because these are more lies and innuendo.
I have talked to pretty much all of them AFTER the fact and they are NOT worried about me, OR the dogs.
Not to mention that all of my dogs are all accounted for….none were ever “missing”…as she would like people to believe.
And the fact that she wants you to email HER directly INSTEAD of the shelter….does that not say anything to you?

*** This next one is a response to the above from a friend and supporter, I have chosen to keep them anonymous for the time being.
My choice as I know they will get attacked if names are out there.

My friend states:
I was not there for any of this but she DOES have police reports backing up her side of an issue.
I have seen the copies of those on her notes, and I can say that the time she was “allegedly” in jail
recently I personally talked to her on the phone. I’m pretty sure they don’t let you take your phone to jail.
I sincerely hope this gets worked out and everybody can go back to saving dogs.
(I’m the one the friend is talking about)

My response is this:
Cheri and DVB were ALWAYS telling people I was in jail.
On a regular basis. Even when I was in hospital, they said I was in jail.
All anyone has to do is check with the jail, not sure if those records are still available however.
Also again, Cheri NEVER posts the EXACT dates she is talking about….but as you will see on the next post, she wants the date YOU have for HER.
Lies, lies and more lies!

Well XXXXX, I’d like to see that documentation.
And what are the dates you spoke to her on the phone?
Because those dates we have, we never exposed (because its a LIE).
Also the dates we have documented on her MIA, she claimed to be getting chemo
(Me: I had breast cancer and DO have the medical records to prove it) and couldn’t take any calls (have you ever had chemo?).
So now I’m hearing she could take calls
(Me: she twists everything to input new meaning for her lies)
Really??

My response:
I had chemo treatments (which lasted for a few months) two different times.
So when I had a treatment, NO I did NOT want to converse on the phone. I answered emails or had my son return calls that needed to be returned. If it was URGENT about a dog I took the call.
Then and only then, I took the call. Only for a animal in need.
Again, notice how she never actually gives out exact dates.
She wanted them from my friend so she could use them to her advantage later.
That’s what she does and what she is good at. She is a master manipulator.

***Also, I had a stroke on Jan 25, 2010 at Central DuPage Hospital in Wheaton IL.
I was released on Thursday Jan 28th as I had no insurance and wanted to go home.
My doc agreed as long as I agreed to go for therapy on an outpatient basis. Which I agreed to.
So on Thursday night I was bored to death, and logged on to see what was happening.
Because of that they claimed very publicly that I never had a stroke and was lying about that and the cancer.
They even went as far as this: Cheri and DVB told people that my son told people I was lying also.
Now anyone that knows my son knows he would not say that as its a lie. Not even jokingly would he have said that

CHERI F – SHE STARTED IT ALL WITH HER LIES & DON’T FORGET THE DEATH THREATS TO ME

CHERI & MY EMAIL SHE HACKED AND CLEANED OUT

Cheri and her cohorts have hacked, and cleaned out, my email account.
We have PROOF it was her, not to mention she left her signature IN my email account.
(See photo below)

She was also writing electronic checks on my deceased fathers bank account, getting the account info out of my email files, right before we closed it. I have all I need from the bank, thank goodness they were gracious enough to help us. I have emails from her still that show what a nutcase she really is. You can’t fight whats in black and white.

In the image below, you can clearly see Cheri’s email address as a FORWARDING address in MY personal email account….I can tell you I didn’t put it there. About a month later, I, along with all my email contacts, got an email from TEDISPICERR@YAHOO.COM. My name is spelled wrong, 2 R’s in Spicer. In this email its “me” asking for money to be sent to me as I was overseas and I lost my purse/wallet.
Let me tell first of all that there was no way I could afford to go overseas. Not to mention I am not as stupid as they think I am.

They/she had duplicated all the files I had in my gmail account. To a “T”…. and I lost everything I had in there since I had started this account in 1996. All she is trying to do is make me look like a crook. Period.

It was just something else to discredit me and try to make me look like a scam artist.



THE REAL CHERI

I will show you the “real” Cheri, this is the lovely person who started this witch-hunt against me.
This is the woman who partnered up with a cop/now ex-detective who had it in for me as I, along with others, made him look like a big dufus (not hard as he makes it real easy to do).

Anyway, I was not her first rescue she has done this to, and I know for a fact I’m not her last. In fact a rescue friend of mine has been being butchered by the same people for a year and a half. Again, these people ruin lives, no one should ever be allowed that kind of power of hearsay and gossip…especially on the internet. And also when there is literally NO PROOF whatsoever.

I can’t post everything I have, per my attorney, but I will get up what I can. Just so you can all see what a fine human being she is…

Another one of Cheri’s puppets, if you will, is Ronnie. She and I were rescuing a puppy named Alvin. Her transporter was giving her all kinds of crap about making the trip or something stupid. I offered to have my transporter do it, but Ronnie said no to that. So then I had the following interaction with her about Alvin. It turned out well for all!

THEN I see Ronnie is slamming me on one of her “boards” she is a member of. This was AFTER the above interaction. More lies.

This was directed TO Ronnie from someone who supported and stood up for me. They raked her over the coals BAD, and anyone else who dared to defend me….I finally started telling people to not do that. I hated what I saw happen to them trying to defend, and help me.

And then there is Anne Fromm….another idiot.
I am not even deleting her name off of here….
she was a good puppet for/to Cheri.
She was also dumb enough to believe everything Cheri said to her about me.
Instead of asking me, or better yet, asking for PROOF.
What Anne did do, however, was call numerous people and tell them they had proof.
Which people are still waiting for, years later.
There was never any proof of any abuse or neglect.
It never happened! E V E R!
That’s why the people she called never got any, even though it was promised to them.

I know someone who is quite famous and have done sites/pages for him for many years.

I know that this is going to create a “shitstorm” for me, and thats ok….I have been waiting years to be able to even post this. Even though its not much, it shows her character. It shows that she will say and do whatever she needs to get what she wants and to be a supposed “hero” in the world of rescue. And I can honestly tell you that she’s NOT in any way, shape or form any kind of hero…in rescue or otherwise. She is an armchair critic safe behind her monitor….for now.

She recruited a few followers that all swore up and down I was doing bad things….let me make something clear to those of you who have chosen to read this….they all live in other states, many of them overseas. Not one, including Cheri or Deborah ever knew me other than FB.
So how is it that anyone can claim you are doing bad when they haven’t been to your home, or have not even seen your animals? Especially when there is NO PROOF whatsoever of any of their accusations.
How is that?

You mix one biotch on the internet and one humiliated cop and you add a few flakes from FB and MS…and you have that winning recipe. Accusers with no lives of their own!

THREATS MADE UPON MY LIFE

I had people sitting outside my house, emailing me, messaging me, and taping things to my door.
My son and Dad lived there with me….I was supposed to protect them.
All because of the lies that were told about me. Not to mention the stupidity of people. You’d think when you hear something like this, you’d check the facts and ask for the proof. Not these morons.
Like I have always said, I get the “red flag” thing about these issues, but you CANNOT ruin lives without having PROOF to back it up! There was never any proof against me. That’s also why I was denied a trial date….they had no proof!

A couple of the many clueless idiots that actually feel for this shit about me.
NOT one of these people had ever met me, or one of my dogs, or even CHERI or DVB!

IN REGARDS TO DVB…SHOWS HER LIES AND LACK OF CHARACTER

One thing about rescue….
It’s SO badly needed for these poor animals. HOWEVER,
there is a REAL and true ugly side to it, or should I say the people
who claim to be rescues. It seems to be more for their glory than the good of the animal(s).

It should be done for the CAUSE, NOT the APPLAUSE. This is a mistake often made.

The REAL rescue people don’t conduct themselves this way.

Before I get to more of DVB…
This was a post on a FB friends page.
Just a RELATIVE of Ex Det MAY / A**hole being a witch…not to mention doing his dirty work for him.


What the following lies from DVB are about it this:
I had people donate $477.00 to me for a SINGLE puppy from Floyd.
It went where it needed to go…NOT in my pocket as DVB wants people to think.
When DVB asked ME to help with the last 5 dogs at Floyd I said I could, HOWEVER, I had no more fosters, funds for vetting, transport…I was tapped out. I had nothing.
She said that was fine, she would take care of all of it.
So of course I said ok.

SHE then started a chipin that collected approx $900.00 in it. Where that went I have no idea.
She then started telling people that the 477.00 my person got from me was hers and that I robbed her.
She also hacked into my account and locked me out of it.
Then she tells people she NEVER had anything to do with me….yet the photos say otherwise.
SHE was the one that posted this after she started it…not me!
And for some odd reason she was posting that it was 7 dogs, when it was only 5! WHY? I have no idea. But I can only imagine.
She has done this to others, and I had been warned about her….see other photos please for proof of that.

My son didn’t say to much online, but he was livid! They told lies about him too.
He finally could take it no longer and had to say something to DVB. Below is the ‘conversation’ between my son and DVB.
PS: she states that she would be posting this, but never did. My son is truthful, right along with me. I taught him well.

***On January 20, in the midst of the circus of the 5 dog rescue with DVB I got a message from SH.
I will post what it says and also post an image of the actual image that I printed out.

Not a problem, and MY SOLE FOCUS ON DVB IS TO PROVE HER FOR WHAT SHE IS and that’s all I will say…
If you know what she IS then you will understand…
as I said I have been down this road and don’t intend to go down it again!
I feel when foster bailed she should have been on fb posting for more fosters whatever,
but she didn’t say a word…not 1 word. She has 3000 contacts, anyway that’s a whole nother issue and I AM PISSED she moved rite to the next issue…
EXTREMELY all she worried about was HER NAME AND NOT THOSE DOGS!!!!

(I posted exactly as it was sent to me, including spelling, etc.)

In regards to the above message I got. DVB blamed ME for the foster backing out.
Yet if you look at the pic(s) below, there is a text from the foster who bailed to me in which she states clearly that it was DVB’s fault.
These are things that really p*ssed DVB off. It proved her to be the big liar that I said she was! LIAR!

The 5 FLoyd dogs were safe the entire time as I was on the phone with the transporter until 5 am.
They always had a backup, and somewhere to go. Unlike what a few have said.

***On January 25, 2010 I was messaging with KT…
She knew, and, she stated that “others” knew DVB was a “fing” psycho.
I will, again, type it out as the image is blurry.

“She’s f’ing psycho! I finally got the email where she said she had nothing to do with you. I replied to everyone on the list with me that got it and said she was f’ing lying! I told them how she asked you to take the extra dogs and she would do a fundraiser if you did! f’ing bitch! Sorry for the language, but long night last night.”

***On January 17, 2010 I got an email from another person whose name I will not reveal here.
It was in response to an email that DVB had sent out that stated that she had never done “business” with me.   I can prove otherwise…but first I will post the email from RP.

“There is no mystery with regard to who sent the email, RC, she very clearly signed it, put her contact info.
Here is the original email—her email appears at the top (I still have copy of this as well), and full contact info at the very bottom. I apologize that the formatting is off, its from a forwarded email. After it was sent, DVB sent out this email, so I think the bottom line is that no one knows what to make of it, and they just scratched their heads and moved on:

"My name is DVB and I am mentioned here in the email below but I have no relationship whatsoever with Tedi Spicer and never will. I just called RC and clarified all. I got burned big time in this 5 Floyd dog pull.
Thank you. If anybody wants more information my phone number is xxx-xxx-9768.”

Now below I have the screen capture of the Chip In that DVB set up in her name and mine…..the funds I never saw as they were deposited into HER account. After which she claimed I “robbed” her.

DVB also tried to tell people that she was NEVER involved in that rescue….please see the image below…its a screen capture of the Chip-In SHE set up with both our names on it.
This is just one of the hundreds (literally) of lies they/she has told about me.
Another thought ~~~ If I was so bad, why did she come to me to rescue these 5 (NOT 7) dogs from Floyd?

Something I have learned about life…we are all tested. Our will, our stamina, our creed, out honor, our honesty and our reputation on almost a daily basis. the more one does to help others and make a difference, the more the controversy, the more lies and the more evil driven, satan effected people will try to destroy.

You have to let it roll off of you or you will go nuts. Trust me, I know this from my own personal experience. You must move forward with even more steam and determination than ever before because it is only out of that with the grace of God that you will ultimately win!

“Hang tough, when I thought about it last night, I didn’t like the fact that she was posting all over FB every 5 seconds about you. I didn’t know the facts–its not my fight. My fight is for the animals & thats what it shall be. This is just crazy.”



***Another email from a really nice lady at a rescue I worked with once….to another rescue.

“Oh yeah, Im perfectly aware she’s telling a whopper lie. (meaning DVB) The people at Floyd county said their jaws dropped when they got the email where she claimed not to even know Tedi.
I have worked hard on a ptbull Boxer at Floyd, gunshot to leg, heavy heartworm load. DVB emailed me, asked for my phone number, I gave it to her, she said “Pull the dog, I have benefactors, I can get the money for treatment.”
Then I never heard from her again. It’s okay, I raised the money myself and the Boxer is going to RR in XXX.
But I saw today that she is proudly sending around emails that she pulled eery dog who was to be euthed at
Spalding, GA…trying to polish her image.
Here’s the one thing that bothered me from the beginning. SHE’s IN MIAMI! Lord knows the Miami Dade shelter is a hellhole…how many emails have you seen about tragic cases coming out of there? Why isn’t she helping her local shelter? Could it be that she burned them too? I have no idea…”



***The following was an exchange between 2 rescuers who know what really happened….this was just the start of my nightmare with CF and DVB.

“Hi all! Well, I finally got this via the food chain. The only addresses appearing are the 3 of you, so I want you to know that DVB is lying about not being associated with Tedi Spicer! I know this for a flippin fact re the Floyd 5 dogs especially (and there have been others). It just really pisses me off that she’s leaving Tedi to take all the heat and now has nothing to do with her! Please. She ASKED TEDI to take the add’l dogs at Floyd. Plus she had asked me if I could help with transport a couple weeks ago of these dogs to Savannah GA. She was going to send me on the road with them without any shots, etc. It was TEDI that called me and said “NO KIM DON’T GO” because if you get pulled over and these dogs don’t have the right paperwork, you can be fined and the dogs can be pts. So I didn’t transport. I don’t go around trashing people but this note below wasn’t right at all.”

***Another young lady showing me support:
“Please don’t stop saving dogs because of the bitches that are in rescue (they are everywhere…damn, you can’t escape them…)
I don’t have a clue what is going on, but I hate that people find a way to interfere with good work.

***This lady read a note I wrote and wrote to give me support…
“came across your note and all the shit you’ve been going through. Not that it matters much since I don’t rescue or foster but only crosspost when I can and only Pitbulls since they are my passion. but just wanted you to know that I did have “D” on my friend list but no longer. I really hate the mud slinging and name calling that goes on here sometimes and after reading your note (not that I had heard of any of this from the other person) but I tend to believe your side and after going through her page and skimming over her slanderous notes about you I see she had nothing to back it up with. Anyway just wanted you to know that I deleted her. Keep up the good work, XXX”

I could have easily given up rescue all together but it is not the dogs fault that such evil exists. They are still just as helpless and defenseless. I personally have seen evil deeds come back to the ones who do them, threefold! We have to all strive to be “good rescues” and “good people”…to heck with the rest of the troublemakers! Good ALWAYS prevails! I have seen a very tight bond between the women fighting to save Floyd dogs. The strongest and best people I have ever had privilege to work with. I know the dogs that are getting out of there are so thankful for each and every one helping them. Let us all continue in our plight to free them and to change our world…with one dream shared by all…to one day be a “No Kill Nation!”
