OUR HOME WE LOST

In the middle of all this crap, the house we lived in we were in the process of buying.
When we moved into in in 2007, we were renting it.
After living in this house for 3 weeks we got a notice to David Tichy or current resident.
It was a foreclosure court date notice.
I could not believe it.

My son and I went to the court date and spoke to the judge.
He instructed us to NOT pay another dime to “Steve”, our landlord…who was actually David Tichy.
The judge told us to speak to the banks attorney about working something out.
We worked out a deal with them to stay in the house….rent free.
If anything went wrong we had to pay for it, and we were responsible for upkeep, utilites, etc.

In 2009 we were contacted by the bank asking if we were interested in a “rent to own” deal.
We were as we loved this house!
It was on a cul-de-sac....ans sat right on Camera Park.
In the summer we could sit and watch / hear the bands at the fest on the deck!

When this all came down in April 2010,
Detective Dickhead made sure to make another call to Fannie Mae
to them to let them know they might want to reconsider.
With all that criminal activity going on in the house did they really want to sell to us?
Those were HIS words to Fannie Mae.  It wasn't true of course.
So they backed out of the deal.
We lost our home to more of this moron’s LIES!

We were forced to rent a one bedroom apartment, where I slept in the living room on the couch.
It was just another blow that hit us.
But from LIES.
It wasn’t even anything I can make up for….it was lies.

CAN YOU SAY OVERKILL?????

Even murderers, and rapists own homes!

This just shows what a “hard on” he had for me….
All vindictive over a personal vendetta!

He is an evil person….just evil to the core.
